Into my Inbox popped a message from What Hifi about Best Bluetooth Turntables and I'm moved to give a quick rant!

There are a few points here, firstly I don't see the point of wanting a rich analogue sound from my vinyl and then destroying that with a bluetooth sender. Bluetooth is much improved in recent years however it is still a limitation to performance. Then look at the turntables with bluetooth built in, all rubbish! 

Do I want to listen to my vinyl from a poor sounding source? Or one that tracks at 3-4g ploughing through my valuable vinyl?

I do understand listening using bluetooth headphones but you don't need a bluetooth turntable for that. You can have a proper turntable with an amplifier and speakers and connect a bluetooth sender too!

The whole idea of a dedicated turntable to make sure records sound worse is just bonkers. Want a really good bluetooth turntable? Buy any  Rega or a Linn from us and we'll sort out the bluetooth part for you!
