By providing demonstrations we help you make the right choice first time, if however you need to change a product then please let us know within 48 hours of purchase. It will of course have to be unmarked and in the original packaging to allow a refund.

If a product has a fault let's talk about it first to try to confirm and resolve the issue, often the problem isn't what you first think!
Should it need replaced under warranty then return it to us in original packing with all accessories and we will test it and report within 48 hours
After contacting the manufacturer a repair or replacement will be organised.
The timescale of this will depend on the manufacturer, however as we supply products from the finest manufacturers their turnaround is usually less than 2 weeks
While there is a statutory 8 week period to resolve issues we aim to be half that, maximum.
