This picture is of a room we designed and installed that showcases what can be achieved at the cutting edge of a high end cinema room.

The projection screen is multi-ratio, changing from the usual 16:9 to full Cinemascope, 2.35:1 for movies in the wider cinema format

To achieve this there is a motorised anamorphic lens in front of the projector and the screen has motorised masking to have the correct borders with any screen aspect.

The black acoustic material at the front hides the speakers which in this case are full range Linn Akubariks and the matching centre speaker. The 3K array used in this gives a super wide dispersion of midrange and high frequencies to give clear natural vocals wherever you are sitting in the room. The rears and Atmos speakers are from Kef and the subwoofer is part of the Direct Digital Series from Velodyne.

Wall reflections at upper frequencies are reduced by careful choice of a 'cow hide' wallpaper which looks fantastic and improves clarity. There are many such wall papers in many colours that can help 'focus' the sound by reducing reflections.

The projector employed is a high level 4k Sony model and the amplifier is from Anthem.

To control all this it is important to have something that is simpole and intuitive while changing from blu ray to Sky, terrestrial tv or online services. Our years of experience in programming is essential for a successful installation such as this

Completing the room are the sumptuous leather recliners from Cineak, world leaders in cinema luxury

So how much does this all cost?

This room is unashamed high end luxury. While our cinema installations start from a little under £10,000 this install will set you back just over £ 90,000.

Not including the Oscar, which we can also supply!
